(Tuesday) Complete just questions #1 and #2 of the Think & Review worksheet. We will discuss these questions in class. Be prepared to razzle dazzle. You’ll need the Week 20 - The People Unite newspaper. We will refer to and complete this worksheet during the week.
(Monday) Complete Atlas # 16 worksheet. You will need your Our Country's History (OCH) atlas to complete it. This should serve as a quick review of what we've been learning about the American Revolution.
(Monday) Read An Olive Branch and a Sword; and Revolutionary Female Spy. Week 20 - The People Unite newspaper, front page. Highlight as needed.

- If you've been keeping up with the daily work you should have one last question to complete from the Think & Review worksheet.
- Complete the last weekly assessment from the Week 21 Newspaper. Best Effort.
- Answer question #4 from the Think & Review worksheet. We will discuss what we can today in class.
- The Declaration of Independence is a super important document in our country’s history. The next weekly newspaper (week 21) focuses on that very document. Answer questions #1 and #2 from the Think & Review worksheet. The worksheet will help guide your understanding of what you need to know. We will discuss what we can tomorrow. (Hint): Question 1 can be found in the An American Declaration of Independence article on page 2. ...You're welcome!

Week 9: May 11 - May 15
Friday:
- The much anticipated Boston Massacre - Propaganda video lesson and assignment is here. Watch it, follow along, and consider the issues. It's about 30 minutes in length which is the time most lessons run in class. You will need to answer to the questions outlined in the article, which should be about a paragraph in length. This is a higher level of thinking, but of course…you can do it! Let me know if you have any questions.
- Week 19 Assessment. Open Week 19 Causes of the Revolution newspaper, open brain. Best Effort!
- If we have the time today we will discuss the Boston Massacre article in the Causes of the Revolution newspaper:
- Complete the crossword puzzle on the back of the newspaper
- Read the section on the Boston Massacre drawings that compares Paul Revere's engraving to another drawing. Think about the questions and issues the article raises. Be prepared to share some possible answers tomorrow in class. We will discuss and work on this tomorrow in class.
- Complete the Think & Review worksheet. You'll need the Week 19 Causes of the Revolution newspaper to complete it.
- Complete the Text and Edit worksheet.
